Choosing a Samsung Cell Phone

เขียนโดย cellular phone prepaid | 12:52 AM

The Samsung 3G Smartphone is creating its niche in the cell phone market. Samsung has released a number of smartphones that boast of magnificent innovations and amazing mobile experience that can raise the standard of one's mobile lifestyle. Samsung's amazing smartphones started with simple smartphones but were amazing and are at par with other brands during their release into the market.
The Omnia i900 which was released in 2008 is a Samsung 3G phone running on a Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional OS and a Marvell PXA312 624 MHz CPU. It can support numerous applications such as Microsoft Office Mobile (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote, PDF Viewer), Opera Browser, Windows Media player, Internet Explorer, Podcasts, RSS Reader, Photo Viewer, Video Editor, and apps such as Facebook Mobile. Other useful features of the phone include a built-in accelerometer sensor for auto rotate, an FM Radio with RDS, a TV Out Viewer, and a built-in GPS module. The phone can be synchronized with a PC to updated contacts, tasks and notes through Microsoft Office Outlook; and photos and multimedia files.
The Samsung Omnia i900 also has a primary 5.0 megapixel camera with LED flash with face and smile detection and auto focus. A secondary 0.3 megapixel camera is also available and is mostly used for video calls. Photos and videos can be viewed with clarity through its 3.2-inch 400 x 240 colored display that supports up to 65,536 colors. The phone also features a microphone and a stereo loudspeaker that can play quality audio.
The controlling peripheral of the phone is mainly through a touchscreen and a touchpad or trackpad that works as the mouse. The trackpad is especially useful in clicking small icons when Web surfing. The phone also has Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi capabilities. Its internal storage is either 8GB or 16GB with a 128 MB RAM while its microSD card slot can house up to 16GB.
The Omnia i900 is a neat Samsung 3G smartphone but has a few drawbacks like text messaging that takes up a lot of time and at times can be inefficient, and loading and using some applications tend to be sluggish. Apart from these, the Samsung Omnia i900 is a great phone to have and is recommendable to people who are not in a hurry to browse through applications, surf the Web or send SMS messages.
This is a highly recommended phone for both the average consumer and the business professional alike. You can't go wrong with any of the Samsung cell phones.

To be sure, there are a lot of good cell phone plans out there on the market today. A potential customer can go the route of the prepaid plan, i.e., paying for the minutes you may use ahead of time. There are some pretty good deals here:
T-Mobile offers one for just $10 dollars, but the per minute rate is higher than if you buy one for more money.
AT&T has a plan for a dollar a day when you are using your phone.
Boost Mobile and Metro PCS offer good unlimited plans for $50 and $40 dollars respectively, but you have to check the areas where you live and see if there is coverage there.
According to consumer reviews Verizon and T-Mobile get very good marks for help and support lines so if you are frustrated by your own company's customer service lines you may want to check these two companies out. T-Mobile again offers the most inexpensive starter plan for $29.95 per month, free nights and weekends, but you will have a limit on your minutes. There is a revolutionary free plan being offered, however, that is worth investigating.
Some companies, due to the competitive nature of the cellular phone industry are coming up with nifty new ways for customers to get their cell phone bill cheap, if not for free. T-Mobile has teamed up with a smaller provider to offer cell phone users the chance to get their wireless phone bill free if they can refer three people. They also are giving budding entrepreneurs the chance to go into business for themselves in the cell phone industry without an investment. Check these wireless plans and opportunities out for yourself. You may find that the best plans offer more than what you were looking for.

Prepaid x Standard Cell Phone Services

เขียนโดย cellular phone prepaid | 12:52 AM

A decade ago perhaps the options weren`t very many, but as time went by and with the advancement of high technology, cell phones became increasingly available for just about everyone, and most of us questioned which will be the best suitable service option when choosing a cell phone. Today there are two basic options: the prepaid cell phone service, which allows you to control more closely how much you can or want to spend in a particular month, and the standard cell phone service, which usually charges you a monthly bill. Both services seem to offer very good deals depending upon each person needs.
The prepaid service is meant primarily for users who want to keep a closer control of the amount of expenses in phone calls. After the phone credits are gone, one has the option to buy some more or not, keeping his expenses within a limit. This kind of service became very popular and it seems to keep growing every day worldwide. In developing countries, where cell phone tariff is expensive, prepaid services made possible to just about everyone to make use of cell phones.
Another advantage of this service is the fact that in case of a phone loss, one doesn`t have to worry much about phone calls made by third parties, because the cell phone has usually a small amount of credits inserted in. Once the stolen-lost cell phone is reported to the service provider, the phone chip will be canceled and no more hassle to worry about, except for the loss of the handset.
The standard cell phone service seems to be meant for the more active users who regularly dial phone calls or don`t care to go through the hassle of buying cell phone credits often. Although this service usually has a less expensive tariff than the prepaid service, users tend to make more use of it and because of that they end up spending more money with phone services.
One does really have to consider the options available and find out which is the most suitable for his personal use. The option for prepaid service seems to be more adequate for the less amount of usage the average people usually do. Those who prefer the prepaid service, do so because it is more attractive to their needs and they don`t have to worry about paying more for an extra service that it is not going to be used anyway.
For those who can`t afford a more expensive model or simply don`t want to spend any extra money for a cell phone, the prepaid service then becomes the ideal choice. However for those who need to keep updated this latest high-tech cell phone features and making phone calls is part of his personal or professional life, then the standard monthly paid service will seem more appropriate.
So whenever picking a cell phone service plan, make sure it fits your lifestyle. After all it`s you who will be paying the phone bill.

Selling prepaid cell phones can be improved by advertising through the electronic media, newspapers, and online. Regular advertisements with vocal and pictorial displays will boost the customer's intention to buy a phone. Many prepaid cell phone companies appoint expert salespeople to increase the sales rate. Stock options and vacations influence the average sale of cell phones. The sales rate is also influenced by various plans provided by the cell phone companies.
